Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Canada Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay: CAD $22.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on experience and location) Shift: Day / Evening / Night Shifts Available



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff performance. The successful candidate will lead warehouse personnel, maintain safety standards, and ensure that all shipping and receiving activities are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory, and productivity.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with management, logistics teams, and suppliers to improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) when required.
  • Forklift certification is an asset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics processes.
